At Crisis Apparel, every item is made to order specifically for you once your purchase is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or personal preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contactus@crisisapparel.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
