Every item we sell is made to order, meaning your apparel is created specifically for you once your order is placed. This process helps us reduce waste and bring unique designs to life for our customers.

Processing Time

Orders typically take 3–7 business days to be produced before they are shipped. During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 10–21 business days (where available)

Please note that these time frames are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or factors outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Crisis Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun or the order has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.
